1.   Are home visits charged to the customer?
      No, home visits are no obligation quotations.

2.   Do you do home visits in the evenings or week-ends?
      City Blinds do evening calls from Mondays to Thursdays.

3.   Do you do 5 blinds for £99?
      No, all our products are of a different quality with no gimmicks only honest prices

4.   Do you have special offers?
      Yes we do different offers on various materials as well as excellent discounts on full house supply.  We also offer
      discounts on new and exclusive products where available.

5.   What are your opening hours?
      City Blinds are open Monday to Thursday from 9am till 5pm, Fridays from 9am till 4pm as well as on Saturdays from
      10am till 4pm.

6.   How much does the fitting blinds of blinds cost?
      Fitting is free on all blinds except Velux where we charge £5-00 per blind.

7.   How long does a order normally take?
      We offer a special 3 day deliver as we manufacture all our products in our state of the art factory in Dundee but our
      standard lead time is approximately 7 to 10 days from date of order.

8.   Does City Blinds clean or repair blinds?
      We do not clean blinds but we can recommend Fast Clean Blinds in the Hamilton area.  We only repair blinds
      manufactured by ourselves but again we do have companies which we could recommend to you.

9.   Do you stock ready made blinds for collection?
      No we only retail made to measure products however we do stock door roller blinds on rare occasions, please call to
      confirm.

10. Do you cover outward areas?
    
 We cover all areas in Scotland as well as Northern England.

11. Do you supply to commercial or trade businesses?
     
We are one of the largest commercial blind makers in Britain and welcome all tenders or enquiries.  For all trade

12. Do you offer a guarantee?
      Yes we offer a 1 year guarantee on all our blinds but please take some time and read our terms and conditions page

13. The blinds are for work will I receive an invoice?
      Yes. All blinds are despatched with a receipted invoice and credit card receipt. If you require an invoice before
      ordering the blinds, please email or telephone us to arrange.

 14. Do you offer roller blinds that you pull in the centre and they retract in?
       No, we only offer roller blinds with a control chain, we find the spring rollers can be very temperamental.
